Refund Policy
Our GPS trackers can be purchased at our office or through authorized distributors. Customers can choose home installation or pick up the device. Payment can be made upfront or after installation. New devices are installed within 1 to 7 days. Please note that we have no payment refund policy. If customers experience any issues with tracking or services, we will resolve the issue or replace the device within 7 to 10 days. We are committed to providing reliable solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.
